Cierra Wilson
Born and raised in Huntington Beach, CA, Cierra craved a change of scenery and decided to head to the desert to attend Arizona State University. While she enjoyed every minute of life as a Sun Devil, she felt an urge to see more of the world and set her sights on studying abroad her senior year. She made her way to Galway, Ireland, and it was the best semester (and time) of her life. She was able to visit Scotland and England during this semester, but her fondest memories are certainly the time in Ireland.
Cierra knew she would want to continue to be a part of international education in some way, and a few months after returning to the states, she had the opportunity to intern with CEA CAPA twice. A few years later, she found her way back as a full-time employee and now supports our Enrollment Department. Her work includes accepting students into CEA CAPA programs, serving on the Scholarship Committee, and assist with the student visa process.
Cierra enjoy nothing more than being a part of the process to assist students in embarking on one of the most unforgettable experiences of their lives. One day, she hopes to live in Europe full-time, but for now, she is enjoying Arizona’s sunshine.
In her free time, Cierra is enjoy playing Pokemon Go and disc golf, going to indie & alternative rock shows, spending time with family, and, of course, traveling!

Kayla McGuire
It has been years and Kayla is still just as in love with Sevilla as the day she stood across the river overlooking the city on her first day. Her yearlong experience as a student through CEA CAPA transformed my life—now, working for the Enrollment department, she comes to work each day prepared and excited to aid her students in making their experience abroad the best it can be.
Kayla grew up close to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and earned her bachelor’s degree in Languages and Cultures with a Spanish concentration from West Chester University. While in college, she got the opportunity to study at the Universidad de Sevilla in Seville, Spain through CEA CAPA’s program! She was incredibly lucky to get to visit most of Spain while abroad, as well as Italy, France, Portugal, Africa, and Greece. Travel has remained a constant passion of hers—she's been back to Sevilla every year since she's left, and she hope to explore South America very soon!
Outside of work, Kayla likes to sing and listen to live music! She reads every day, and spends time with my friends and family as much as she can.
Rachel Long
Rachel works closely with institutional partners to develop customized marketing strategies to support study abroad promotion and recruitment on-campus. She works closely across all departments at CEA CAPA to support the overall marketing strategy. Rachel also manages the marketing systems used by CEA CAPA.
Since joining CEA CAPA in 2017, she has held a variety of roles including Admissions Advisor, Program Manager, and CAPA Community Administrator. Rachel studied and interned abroad on the CEA CAPA London program, which led her to a career in international education. She also has experience working in higher education admissions from her time as an Admissions and Communications Specialist at Boston University School of Law. Rachel earned a bachelor's degree in Public Relations from the State University of New York at Oswego.
Tristin Collins
Tristin's main duties include supervision of the Admissions Counselors team and internal review of all incoming applications and processes. In this role, she also has the pleasure of training new staff members, identifying any gaps in enrollment, finding new or creative solutions to challenges, and regularly working with colleagues on cross-departmental projects to get our students abroad as smoothly as possible.
Tristin obtained her bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communication with a minor in Psychology at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio. Go Bobcats! She did not study abroad herself, which is why she strongly believes in the importance of taking advantage of this opportunity when it comes to personal growth. Traveling is slowly becoming one of her leading passions in life because of this. Fun Fact: Her first plane ride (and vacation) was to Costa Rica in 2016 to visit two friends who were on an internship abroad program!
